The product was out of stock everywhere for a long time, but the Airconcentre made it possible to pre-order the item for future delivery which at least allowed us to get on the waiting list without constantly searching other websites. Also they offered the best price available. The Dehumidifier arrived promptly on the due in stock date. Excellent in all aspects!!

The dehumidifier I ordered was delivered in Good time after the expected stock renewal date. I was expecting that delivery date might take longer. I would have loved to be made aware of the item expected by the delivery company. Because I am ordered multiple items around the same time, I kept wondering what item was going to be delivered until the dehumidifier arrived to my delight. Good price in comparison to other retailers.

Order placed and confirmed 28/1/23, with 3-5 day delivery estimate.
As of 7/2/23 it hasn`t arrived. There is no tracking information provided, which leads me to suspect that it hasn`t been dispatched.
Frustratingly, I have repeatedly tried to ring them but their telephone is not answered.
I would like an order update from the company or, if his is not possible, a full refund.
Based on my experience to date I can only give a one star rating, whether this changes will be dependent on the company`s response.

I'm very pleased with the product and service but it has one drawback. Why does it have to blow out cold air? I have my central heating on during these cold months which defeats the object. Why can't it blow out warm air?

Excellent product but, like last time I bought one of these, delivery was late. Not impressed with the Amazon delivery service.

I purchased a Dimplex MaxAir Hot and Cold Ceramic Fan White - MAXAIR25W through their website on 3 Feb, 5:20pm, the transaction of £189.95 was successfully paid , however I have not received any confirmation email or delivery information from them. I called hotline several times, the line was always busy and it will be automatically disconnected. I never had a chance to talk with them. I email and no reply, the automatic response say they will answer in 24 hrs, of course this has not happened.
I really want to settle the case, I ask for a refund because I have lost confidence on the company.
Moreover, if someone sees this comment, please think twice before you make an order

There website states 'guarenteed next day delivery if ordered by 3pm' yet when my item never arrived the next working day they think it's acceptable to just use the excuse of 'we haven't had time to update the website as we don't offer that anymore' this simply isn't acceptable and still yet to this date the website hasn't been updated. There has never been an apology. Avoid at all costs if you require items next day for jobs etc. would not use again

Well made product, annoyed that only in the instructions and no where else is the fact its poor at de-condensating single pained window. Which is one reason I got it for.

Pre-ordered a dehumidifier that arrived a day earlier than the due in to stock date. Communication was excellent from the retailer. The dehumidifier works perfectly.

Excellent prices and easy to order, very good contact at point of order. However, I paid for Saturday delivery and was therefore surprised to receive an email a day early stating my order would be delivered that day, as it was a Friday I contacted Airconcentre, to be told my order was too heavy for a Saturday delivery and they had to use an alternative courier. I asked for a delivery time, this couldn’t be provided so I had to arrange to work from home. All very inconvenient and couldn’t been avoided had I been notified beforehand. I was given a refund of postage but that didn’t make up for the work meetings I had to reschedule. I will purchase from this company again as their prices are very competitive, I just hope the customer service is better next time.

Excellent and very fast service. I ordered a dehumidifier from Aircon Centre at 10.30 pm and it was down for next day delivery. They were true to there word and it was delivered on the next day between 2pm and 3pm. Can not fault the service on the time it took to get here. Thank you.

Ordered Part Never Arrived, Ordered bathroom fan, Unfortunately unbeknown to me they used Amazon for delivery, the worst courier out. A retailer that uses Amazon for deliveries is not a serious player. As usual Amazon claimed they had delivered it but it did not arrive. Emailed the company with no response,

Terrible customer service in response to emails not answering questions. Phones not taking calls within office hours.
1. Calls not answered over a few days within office hours
2. No email alert as promised to state delivery expected
3. Questions about due date not answered by customer support or offer of silver version which was in stock as alternative
4. Money taken at time of order instead of prior to despatch so you had funds for over 3 weeks
5. Tracking order aspect you offer which I subscribed to says a text will be sent to notify you, that never happened despite signing up for it.

Simply put the orders are taken and the money deducted but that’s where it ends.

Would not buy again albeit product is good

Five star - am very happy and impressed with the machine - MeacoDry Arete - following a strong recommendation from a friend (he uses 3 around his house!)
